Sydney, Australia – Global software visitor Nuix (ASX: NXL) notes a media report in The Australian newspaper concerning speculation in relation to potential corporate worriedness involving the Visitor and Reveal.
The Visitor confirms that it has not received a bid or a written proposal from Reveal.
Nuix confirms that it is in compliance with ASX Listing Rules, in particular rule 3.1. Nuix will inform the market if or when there are material matters to disclose, in vibrations with its continuous disclosure requirements.
Nuix moreover confirms the recent transpiration of Director’s interests was compliant with the Company’s Securities Trading Policy.
